inurl:blog "" - в кавычки подставь разные буквы из разных алфавитов
inurl:blog "" "post a comment" -те что допускают комменты 
для увеличения и улучшения базы напарсенного юзаем разные опреторы и подстановки в вариациях, для расширении и доменных зон, filetype:.php site:.mil …
-"comments closed" -"Comment posting closed" добавив это убираем блоги где комменты закрыты
-"comments closed" -"You must be logged in" а так убираем те в которых надо регится
